INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY - CLOSEOUT FSM D.O.O.
CloseOut FSM d.o.o. has established and implements an Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, with the objective of achieving the highest level of service quality and effective information protection.
Our policy is based on the following principles:
- Customer Satisfaction – We are focused on understanding and fulfilling the requirements and expectations of our clients in order to provide high-quality services fully aligned with their needs.
- Continual Improvement – We are committed to the continual improvement of all processes through regular system performance monitoring, analysis of risks and opportunities, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Information Security – We systematically protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information, both internal and client-related, through the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements – We comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements relating to quality and information security.

- Leadership and Responsibility – Top management actively participates in maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System by setting objectives, providing resources, and leading by example.
CloseOut FSM d.o.o. has developed and continuously improves its proprietary software product, CloseOut, with the objective of providing clients with a powerful digital tool for the continuous improvement of quality management and field-work efficiency within construction, maintenance, and infrastructure-related processes.
Through cooperation with a large number of clients across various industries, we carefully listen to our clients’ needs and challenges and continuously enhance our software product. The extensive experience gained daily by our team while working with clients worldwide is shared with both existing and future clients through training initiatives and by providing new CloseOut software functionalities, which are regularly made available without additional cost. Our goal is for the CloseOut software product to become recognized as one of the leading solutions for field quality management in construction, asset maintenance, and infrastructure industries worldwide, while setting new standards that elevate field-work quality to the highest possible level.

The Integrated Management System implemented within the company in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 enables us, through clearly defined and controlled processes, to maintain full control over the quality of our operations and the security of information.
This Integrated Management System Policy constitutes one of the highest-level policy documents within CloseOut FSM d.o.o. All employees are familiar with its contents. The policy is available at all times to all interested parties and is regularly reviewed to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
Company management is responsible for the implementation of this policy and for ensuring its continual application throughout the organization.
