KLAUS Multiparking and CloseOut are joining forces in making smart parking more practical, affordable and sustainable. CloseOut’s innovative quality control management solutions, such as Preventive Maintenance module, will help KLAUS with servicing the existing ones, and installing brand new multiparking elevators.

KLAUS is eager to start using CloseOut Workforce management solution as well, which will help them dispatch work schedules every 3 months, while also utilizing the much-needed tracking feature.

A crucial topic as it is, parking is becoming an increasingly problematic issue in most of the cities in the world. The only way of fighting it is with innovative, smart and reliable technology.

KLAUS Multiparking is one of the leading manufacturers of car parking systems and double parkers in Germany and has been for over 60 years. They are represented in over 80 countries worldwide, with their headquarters based in southern Germany.

The concept of making parked vehicles mobile so that they can be moved around flexibly, allowing parking spaces to be used more efficiently, has been motivating KLAUS Multiparking since 1960. Since then, they have created more than 700,000 parking spaces.

Over the years, their premium parking systems have become increasingly flexible and capable. At the same time, they are saving more and more resources – that’s because they use less energy, for example, or some systems can even be adapted to changing parking space requirements after installation. As they love to say – movement is in their blood.

CloseOut is a cloud-based platform that enables real-time quality inspection of field works from a remote location. It’s an easy-to-use tool that can help you systematically organize project requirements so field technicians know what they need to do and how they should document their work.

It opens a transparent communication channel between the back office and field crews in real time, so if something needs to be fixed it is done while teams are still on a construction site.
